SUGO

A traditional Italian tomato sauce. 

PANGRATTATO

Crispy breadcrumbs cooked in garlic & oil.

GUANCIALE

An Italian cured meat prepared from pork cheeks.

NDUJA

Spicy pork sausage from the region of Calabria.

EVOO

Extra virgin olive oil.

PECORINO

A hard Italian cheese made from sheep's milk.
