Our menu consists of 10 fresh pasta dishes, sides and desserts. We also offer specials that will make the most of quality seasonal ingredients. The emphasis of our menu is on the authenticity of each dish and the provenance and quality of the produce used. Each new culinary adventure at Sugo will leave your taste buds crying out for more!

If you’re familiar with Paesano, then you already know we only use the best quality ingredients in our dishes. Just like our pizza, our fresh pasta menu pays homage to subtle flavour combinations and celebrates authentic regional Italian cuisine.

SUGO’S HOME IN THE HEART OF GLASGOW’S CITY CENTRE

Our Mitchell Street home is in the iconic Lighthouse Building. This historic building was the very first public commission by Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the Sugo team have painstakingly revitalised the ground floor space into a stylish and welcoming hotspot that the whole family can enjoy.

Diners at Sugo will still enjoy the same vibrant, award-winning atmosphere that Paesano is famed for and can watch all the action as the Sugo chefs prepare flavour-packed dishes in the large open kitchen.
