Our pasta dishes will be served as they are traditionally throughout various regions of Italy; Lazio, Tuscany, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo, Campania, Piedmont and Lombardy.
The emphasis will be on the authenticity of the dishes served and the provenance and quality of the produce used.
Each pasta will be paired with the sauce or ingredients as traditionally served in each region.

We specialise in fresh pasta made by hand every day in our kitchen.

Located in the heart of Glasgow’s City Centre, Sugo Pasta will be a bustling open space restaurant that seats over 200 people.
Diners will be able to watch our chefs produce fresh pasta and see their authentic dishes being cooked in our open kitchen.
