Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Summer In The City (the "Competition"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Promoter The promoter of this Competition is Sugo Pasta ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 70 Mitchell Street, Glasgow G1 3LX.

2. Eligibility

· The Competition is open to all Sugo Pasta diners aged 18+ at the time of entry.

· Employees of Sugo Pasta, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with this Competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The Competition begins on 15th July 2025 at 11am GMT and ends on 18th August 2025 at 11am GMT (the "Competition Period"). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter. To enter, participants must:

· Complete the Competition entry form accessed via QR code or link.

· Submit a photo of them dining at Sugo Pasta.

5. The Prize

· The prize for the Competition is A £50 voucher to be redeemed at Sugo Pasta per chosen winner.

· The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

· 6 winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

· The draw will take place every Friday week commencing 14th July 2025 until Friday 22nd August 2025

· The winner(s) will be notified via email.

· The winner must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

By entering, you agree that your photo may be used in promotional material related to the Competition and shared on social media by Sugo Pasta.

8. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a participant has acted fraudulently or dishonestly.

9. General Conditions

· This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third party.

· Our decision in all matters related to the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

· We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

· By entering this Competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
