Terms & Conditions

By participating in Spin the wheel prize giveaway (the "Competition"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Promoter The promoter of this Competition is Sugo Pasta ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 70 Mitchell Street, Glasgow G1 3LX.

2. Eligibility 

The Competition is open to all Glasgow students. 

3. Competition Period 

The Competition begins on 17th September 2025 and ends on 18th September 2025 (the "Competition Period").

4. How to Enter. To enter, participants must: 

· Complete the Competition entry form accessed via QR code or link. 

5. The Prize 

. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable

6. Validity

· Prizes can be redeemed in any Sugo restaurant Sunday -  Thursday only.

· Valid until 31st October 2025

7. Publicity 

By entering, you agree that your photo may be used in promotional material related to the Competition and shared on social media by Sugo. 

8. Disqualification 

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a participant has acted fraudulently or dishonestly. 

9. General Conditions 

· This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third party. 

· Our decision in all matters related to the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

· We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary to do so. 

· By entering this Competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

· We will use your information for the purposes of administering the Competition and, if you consent, for promotional activities. Data will not be shared with third parties. 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
