When it comes to the best lip-smacking slices in town, Paesano Pizza knows a thing or two about bringing authentic, traditional Napoletana pizza to Glasgow.

And now? We’re turning our hand to pasta. Specialising in freshly made pasta dishes created by hand each day, Sugo Pasta will serve dishes found throughout Italy.

We are currently in the process of fitting out our new pasta restaurant concept on Mitchell Street.

The emphasis will be on serving regional and seasonal dishes, adhering strictly to the process of production, cooking and provenance of the produce used in the varying regions of Italy.

If you've got a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar busy environment, you're passionate about authentic cooking regardless of style, then all you need to do is bring your enthusiasm and we'll train you in the Sugo style.
