Specialising in deliciously moreish fresh pasta dishes, Sugo lets you taste your way through Italy’s finest regional food. From Campania and Puglia to Sicily and Tuscany, get ready to discover hidden pasta delights every time you visit Sugo.
Our menu consists of 10 fresh pasta dishes, sides and desserts. We also offer specials that will make the most of quality seasonal ingredients. The emphasis of our menu is on the authenticity of each dish and the provenance and quality of the produce used. Each new culinary adventure at Sugo will leave your taste buds crying out for more!

Our Mitchell Street home is in the iconic Lighthouse Building. This historic building was the very first public commission by Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the Sugo team have painstakingly revitalised the ground floor space into a stylish and welcoming hotspot that the whole family can enjoy.
Diners at Sugo will still enjoy the same vibrant, award-winning atmosphere that Paesano is famed for and can watch all the action as the Sugo chefs prepare flavour-packed dishes in the large open kitchen.
